a. Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in in civil engineering, water resources engineering, hydrology, geology, mine engineering or a related field with at least 2 years' experience in hydrology and/or hydrogeology field.
- Preferably has a master's degree (S2) related with hydrology, hydrogeology, water resources engineering.
- Preferably has an experience in hydrology and hydrogeology field, especially at mining industry.
- Experience with field data collection techniques, water sampling, and monitoring instruments installation.
- Experience with hydrological modeling, data analysis, and fieldwork.

b. Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)
- Strong understanding of hydrological principles, water supply systems, stormwater management, and drainage systems.
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles, including infrastructure design, and geotechnical engineering.
- Proficiency in using engineering design software, hydrological modeling software, and GIS tools.
- Knowledge of relevant environmental regulations and guidelines pertaining to water management in the mining industry, and standards pertaining to water management and infrastructure.
- Fluent English both verbal and written.
- Computer literacy such as VULCAN, MINESIGHT, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Database literacy such as SQL, PowerBI is an advantage.
- Project Management.
- Analytical Thinking.
- Self-motivated, well adapted and team oriented.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced mining environment.
